The KODE ontology follows the Google Digital Buildings ontology (Google DBO). Canonical types classify equipment. Ontology point fields classify the points on that equipment. Use this page to look up a canonical type, a field group, or a point field. The live modeling workflow is on device templates.

How a field name is built

A field name joins parts in a fixed order. Each part is used at most once, except descriptors, which can repeat. [aggregator]_[descriptor]_[component]_[measurement descriptor]_[measurement]_[point type] A raw point such as SA-T can map to supply_air_temperature_sensor. Some display names include a suffix token. Cloud BMS fills that token when the template is applied.

Field catalog

The catalog lists 50 canonical types and 2783 point fields. Choose a type or search for a field. Each table lists the field, the display name, and any required values.
