Common questions

You sign in at your organization workspace, not a shared KODE homepage. An administrator must invite you first.Open the invitation email and select Set Password. The link expires after 24 hours. Then open your workspace URL. It looks like yourcompany.kodelabs.com.Use Login with Email. If your invite lists SSO, use that button instead. If the link expired, select Forgot password on the workspace sign-in page.See Workspaces and sign-in.
Go to accounts.kodelabs.com. Enter your workspace domain and select Continue.If you do not know the domain, select Find your workspaces and enter your email. KODE sends a link to the right workspace. Your administrator can also share the URL.
Launchpad only shows apps assigned to your user. Ask an administrator to assign Cloud BMS, a role, and buildings.If you belong to more than one organization, choose the instance Launchpad prompts for after sign-in.

KODE OS is the full platform. Cloud BMS is the building management product. Building BI, FDD, and FTT run as modules inside Cloud BMS.Launchpad is where administrators invite users and assign apps. AssetOps covers work orders. EnerG covers energy and utilities.
