Launchpad is the central management hub for the KODE ecosystem. From it, you provision products, control access, and assign roles across your organization and the organizations you serve.

Who uses Launchpad

Launchpad serves two organization types. Each type has its own workspace, landing-page apps, and admin scope.
  • A sits above one or more clients in the hierarchy.
  • A manages buildings, users, and KODE OS access for its portfolio.
Use the tabs below to compare what each organization type does in Launchpad.
A channel partner is a reseller that delivers KODE products to client organizations. Channel partners work in a channel Launchpad workspace. The landing page typically shows Channel Management only.In Launchpad, channel partners:
  • Create and manage client organizations
  • Activate KODE OS for clients
  • Enable products for buildings under those clients
  • Add and manage users who work on behalf of the channel partner
Buildings are not created from the channel workspace. Create buildings in the client Launchpad, then return to the channel to enable products.
