Who uses Launchpad
Launchpad serves two organization types. Each type has its own workspace, landing-page apps, and admin scope.- A sits above one or more clients in the hierarchy.
- A manages buildings, users, and KODE OS access for its portfolio.
- Channel partners
- Client organizations
A channel partner is a reseller that delivers KODE products to client organizations. Channel partners work in a channel Launchpad workspace. The landing page typically shows Channel Management only.In Launchpad, channel partners:
- Create and manage client organizations
- Activate KODE OS for clients
- Enable products for buildings under those clients
- Add and manage users who work on behalf of the channel partner
