AssetOps is the KODE product for asset and maintenance operations, functioning as a dedicated in the KODE OS ecosystem. AssetOps works across your entire portfolio, providing a single platform to run operations consistently and maintain oversight over all assets and maintenance activities. It enables management of physical assets including equipment, systems, and locations, and allows you to track and organize all associated work such as maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other operational tasks.

How documentation is organized

AssetOps documentation follows the product navigation:
  • Portfolio level — Cross-building oversight, shared resources, and portfolio configuration
  • Building level — Day-to-day operations after you select a building
