Portfolio Settings in AssetOps control how work orders behave across every building in your portfolio. Open Settings from the portfolio sidebar to configure alerts, completion rules, field access, and status changes from one place. Settings apply at the portfolio level. Some rules can be overridden at the building level, such as completion policies for individual sites.

Settings areas

Use the Settings secondary navigation to open each area:

Notifications

Configure push and email alerts for work order activity.

Completion policies

Set rules that must be met before work orders complete or go for review.

Field permissions

Restrict field edits by work order type, status, or due date.

Status transitions

Control which roles can perform status changes.

Building-level overrides

Completion policies can also be configured per building when site-specific rules differ from portfolio defaults.
